About Me

I’m Dick Richards. I live in a quiet neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona, with The Scout (my wife, Melanie), and The Gypsy Girl (our springer spaniel). I have enjoyed (and continue to enjoy) careers in graphic arts, education, organization development, leadership and career coaching, and writing.

I currently work as a ghostwriter and lead occasional workshops to help people understand and give voice to their own genius.
